Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Statutory Compliance role based in Mumbai. The role involves monitoring and ensuring adherence to all relevant statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization,



including timely filings, registrations, and renewals. The individual will support audits, maintain accurate compliance documentation, track changes in laws and regulations, and update internal stakeholders on implications for business operations. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external advisors, preparing compliance reports and summaries for management, and assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. The position also requires participation in risk assessments and recommending process improvements to strengthen compliance governance.
