Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bihar, responsible for designing and implementing CSR initiatives that align with the school’s educational mission and community needs. This role involves identifying opportunities for community engagement, planning and executing social impact programs, and coordinating with local stakeholders, NGOs, and internal teams. The CSR Manager will monitor project outcomes, prepare reports, and communicate results to leadership,



ensuring transparency and continuous improvement. Daily activities include managing CSR budgets and timelines, organizing employee volunteer activities, promoting sustainability and ethical practices, and supporting awareness campaigns among students, staff, and the wider community.
Qualifications

• Strong Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement skills to design and manage impactful programs.
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and community partners.
• Proficient Project Management and Analytical Skills to plan initiatives, track progress, and evaluate outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Management, Education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
