Wastewater Treatment Lead - ZLD, ahead of Batch RO
We are hiring a leader who has taken effluent from a working ETP to zero liquid discharge, and who can read the chemistry at every stage.
What you will do
- Design and deliver the treatment train after the ETP and before our Batch RO
- Set the water chemistry at each stage so the membrane sees the right feed
- Own recovery, scaling risk, and the path to ZLD on live industrial effluent
- Work with plant teams to commission, tune, and hold the process
What you bring
- Deep, hands-on water chemistry across pretreatment, softening, filtration, and high-recovery RO
- A track record on ZLD or near-ZLD industrial wastewater, not only clean-water RO
- Years with a treatment leader such as Rochem, Ion Exchange, or Thermax
