ClearDoc Logistics LLC is hiring a Freight Dispatcher / Freight Broker (1+ year experience) for our on-site team.

The Role
You'll manage day-to-day load movement while building strong relationships with direct shippers and carriers (owner-operators and truck drivers).

What You'll Do
• Find and book loads using load boards and direct shipper relationships
• Negotiate competitive rates with shippers, brokers, and carriers
• Dispatch trucks and track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Stay in touch with drivers and resolve delays or issues quickly
• Reach out to direct shippers and onboard new carriers
• Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs
• Keep accurate records and update customers and drivers on time

What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage or truck dispatching
• Strong communication and negotiation skills




• Sales-minded, comfortable with cold calling and building relationships
• Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and basic TMS tools
• Good understanding of US freight lanes, equipment types, and rate trends
• Calm, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on-site
• Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to Have
• Experience with direct shippers
• Existing carrier or shipper contacts
• Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and carrier vetting
