The Role
As a Product Manager – Growth, you will own referrals, retargeting of lost/cold leads, and
field-led channels like BTL and partner sales as core growth drivers for SolarSquare. This is a
high-impact, hands-on role where product decisions directly move lead volume, lead quality, and
topline revenue.
You will work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and channel/field teams to
build and scale these programs into reliable, repeatable growth engines.

Scope & Ownership




• Own referral as a growth channel end-to-end - trigger moments, incentive design, payout

reliability, and the overall referrer experience.
• Own retargeting and re-engagement of cold, dropped-off, or lost leads - win-back

journeys, personalized outreach, and CRM-triggered campaigns.
• Build and scale field-led acquisition channels.
• Improve lead attribution and visibility across all channels in partnership with

data/analytics.
• Support top-of-funnel and website/landing page initiatives as a secondary, not primary,

area of ownership.
• Use AI to build and ship faster - from AI-assisted development to embedding AI features

(scoring, chat, automation) into these channels.
• Drive user research through field visits, shadowing, and structured interviews to ground

decisions in real customer and partner behaviour.
