About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling consumer tech startup operating in the fashion-tech and D2C apparel sector across India, we’re reimagining how style meets sustainability through tech-enabled personalization and supply chain innovation. Backed by seed-stage investors and growing at 300% YoY, we’re building a team of mission-driven operators and investors to fuel our Series A journey—remote-first, data-driven, and obsessed with unit economics.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and lead investment theses across early-stage consumer tech, D2C, and fashion-tech startups in India.
• Build financial models to assess unit economics, CAC, LTV, and path to profitability for portfolio and pipeline companies.
• Lead term sheet negotiations, due diligence, and board seat onboarding for new investments.
• Partner with founders to refine GTM, supply chain, and scaling strategies—acting as an operational investor.
• Track KPIs across portfolio, prepare investor updates,



and advise on capital efficiency and exit planning.
• Represent Vilasitawear at industry summits, startup pitch events, and LP meetings across India and APAC.
