About the Role
This role owns the CRM and Marketing Technologies strategy and roadmap for A&M;’s growing India Global Capability Center. Reporting to the CRM and Marketing Technologies Director, you will translate marketing priorities into scalable technology capabilities, operating models and delivery plans. The position is accountable for orchestrating projects and initiatives across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, AI and broader MarTech ecosystems. Success requires robust MarTech/CRM expertise, marketing business and technology transformation experience, and proven project, change and stakeholder management.
