Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The individual will welcome and assist visitors and clients, manage front desk and reception activities, and ensure a professional and courteous experience at all times. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering inquiries,



coordinating appointments and site visits, providing information about projects, and maintaining visitor records. The role also involves supporting basic sales and customer follow-up activities, handling phone and email communication, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve guest concerns. The Guest Relations Executive is expected to uphold high standards of hospitality, represent the brand positively, and contribute to an organized and efficient customer-facing environment.
Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to manage visitor interactions, address queries, and ensure a positive experience.
• Strong Communication abilities to handle in-person, telephone, and email correspondence clearly and professionally.
• Sales awareness and basic sales support skills to assist prospective customers with information on projects and offerings.
• Experience with Receptionist Dutie
