Career Cracker Academy is looking for working AML / KYC professionals to take mock interviews for students of our live online Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Analyst course. This is a mock-interview-only role: no classes, no syllabus to teach.

Our students are graduates from any stream, freshers and career switchers from BPO and back-office roles, preparing for KYC Analyst, AML Analyst, Transaction Monitoring Analyst, Sanctions Analyst and Compliance Analyst roles at banks, captives and KPOs. Your job is to interview them the way a real hiring panel would, so they walk into the actual interview prepared.

What you will do:
• Take one-on-one online mock interviews (about 30-45 minutes each) on Google Meet or Zoom
• Ask real interview questions across the course areas: KYC and CDD/EDD, beneficial ownership (UBO), customer risk rating, transaction monitoring and red-flag typologies, sanctions and PEP screening, SAR/STR writing, case investigation, AML regulations (PMLA, RBI KYC norms, FATF, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act basics)
• Include a short scenario or case round (for example: review an alert,



decide escalate or close, and justify it)
• Give each student written feedback using our simple scorecard: strengths, gaps and a hire / not-yet rating
• Pick slots that suit you; most mocks run on weekday evenings and weekends

What we are looking for:
• 2+ years hands-on in AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening or financial crime compliance at a bank, captive or KPO
• Currently working in the domain, so students hear what interviewers ask today
• Experience interviewing or mentoring analysts is a strong plus
• Clear, simple English; Hinglish is fine
• Familiarity with tools like Actimize, World-Check, SAS AML or LexisNexis is a plus

Pay: Rs 200 per mock interview, per student. Paid for every completed mock with feedback submitted. No minimum commitment; take as many or as few mocks as your schedule allows. Regular mock interviewers get priority on current batches.
