Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, industry-focused Recruitment Consultant / Client Partner to join our specialized Media and Creative talent delivery division.

In this role, you will be dedicated to a marquee enterprise Media & Entertainment client account managed by CircleRight. You will work closely with their internal leadership to fully own and execute full-cycle talent attraction across their media networks. This is a pure talent delivery and stakeholder advisory role—there are no business development, client acquisition, or cold sales targets.





Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Delivery: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for specialized profiles spanning media production, digital content, advertising, ad tech, and creative roles.

• Strategic Sourcing: Proactively headhunt passive industry professionals utilizing advanced LinkedIn architecture, X-ray mapping, industry networks, and targeted talent mapping.

• Stakeholder Advisory: Partner directly with client-side hiring managers and department heads to take role briefs, provide talent market insights, map salary benchmarks, and structure selection workflows.

• Candidate Experience: Champion an elite candidate journey from initial assessment down to final job offer management and onboarding negotiations.

What We Are Looking For
• Consultancy or Agency Background: 2 to 5 years of solid recruitment experience strictly within a Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing Agency, or Exe
