Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting managers with workforce planning. The role will also involve handling grievance resolution, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies,



and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to support organizational culture, drive HR projects, and recommend process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Robust knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR policies relevant to the manufacturing or chemical sector.
• Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to design and coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
