Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role at Weskill is a remote internship focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



contributing to employer branding efforts across digital platforms, and preparing job postings and candidate communication. The intern will help schedule and follow up on interviews, support hiring decisions with organized documentation, and participate in improving recruitment processes.
