If you've ever rewritten a caption five times before hitting post, you belong here.
When most people see a bad caption, they scroll past it. You stop, wince, and rewrite it in your head. We'd like to put that habit to work.

About us
Design Asylum is a branding, packaging and UI/UX studio based in Pune. We've spent 10+ years building brands and products for names like Puma, Kia and Axis Bank, with clients across India, the US and the Middle East.
We also run social media and personal branding accounts for our clients. A lot of them are founders with plenty to say and no time to write it, so you'll be the one writing their posts.

What you'll do
• Write post copy for client brand pages and founder personal brands: captions, hooks, carousel slides, on-screen text for reels, and LinkedIn posts
• Work closely with our creative strategist. They show up with the idea and the visual, and you write the line that makes people stop and read.
• Learn how each client talks and write the way they do.

A fintech founder on LinkedIn and a skincare brand on Instagram should never sound like the same person.
• Give options. Send three hooks, argue for your favourite, and be okay when we pick a different one.
• Turn long, messy material (voice notes, call recordings, a founder's 40-minute rant) into short posts people actually finish reading
• Check which posts did well and which flopped, and use that when you write the next batch
• Proofread everything before it goes live. A typo on a client's page is our problem.

What we're looking for
• You're obsessed with words. You screenshot valuable billboard lines, and bad ones too, just for fun.
• You can write short. Two sharp lines beat twelve okay ones.
• You can switch voices and still keep your own taste
• You know LinkedIn and Instagram need different writing, and you adjust for each
• Strong written English
• You can hear feedback on your co
