Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Bengaluru. The Medical Representative will visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products in a clear and compliant manner. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting client meetings, providing product information, addressing customer queries, and maintaining strong skilled relationships with healthcare providers. The role also involves tracking sales activities,



updating customer records, gathering market feedback, and reporting on territory performance. The Medical Representative will collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns, ensure adequate stock availability, and achieve sales and outreach targets.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Medical Sales, with the ability to explain product benefits and clinical information accurately.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and respond to their needs.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand indications, dosage, and safety profiles of products.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
