Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy
• Collaborate with academic departments to understand the job market and create programs that meet the needs of employers
• Establish and maintain relationships with employers to promote job opportunities for students and graduates
• Coordinate with alumni to create networking opportunities and build relationships with potential employers
• Provide career counseling and job search assistance to students and graduates
• Track placement statistics and prepare reports for senior leadership




• Stay current with industry trends and job market demands to ensure the success of the placement program
• Supervise and manage staff responsible for placement activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
