Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle for residential construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients on-site in Bhopal, understanding their requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company goals.



The role involves coordinating with project and engineering teams to ensure accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and clear communication of project scope. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, maintain a pipeline of leads, and prepare regular sales reports for leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management within construction, real estate, or related industries.
• Ability to conduct effective client meetings, gather requirements, and translate needs into clear proposals and project scopes.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.
• Experience in forecasting sales, maintaining a sales pipeline, and using CRM or similar tools to manage leads and opportunities.
