About the Role

Garima ECC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development qualified from the infrastructure/EPC industry to lead business acquisition and strategic relationships for the company.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting opportunities in roads, highways, bridges, industrial infrastructure and other major civil works, including both direct contracts and subcontract packages from leading EPC companies.

We are particularly interested in candidates having previous experience with organizations such as L&T; Construction, Tata Projects, IRB Infrastructure, Adani, Afcons, Ashoka Buildcon, H.G. Infra, Dilip Buildcon, GR Infraprojects, Kalpataru Projects or similar major infrastructure companies.

Key Responsibilities




- Identify upcoming road, highway, bridge and infrastructure projects suitable for Garima ECC.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior personnel in Business Development, Procurement, Contracts, Project Execution and Supply Chain departments of major EPC companies.
- Generate opportunities for subcontract packages from large EPC contractors such as L&T;, Tata Projects, IRB, Adani and other leading infrastructure companies.
- Identify suitable government and private-sector tenders and assess them from a technical and commercial perspective.
- Coordinate vendor registration, contractor empanelment and prequalification with major infrastructure companies.
- Arrange meetings between Garima ECC management and relevant decision-makers, clients, EPC contractors and consultants.
- Track projects from the pre-tender / bidding stage through award and subcontract-package allocation.
