Role Description The Solar Sales Manager (EPC/80MW) will lead sales efforts for utility-scale and large commercial solar EPC projects, with a focus on an 80MW portfolio. This full-time, in office role is based in New Delhi and involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and developing strong relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients. The person in this role will prepare proposals and commercial offers, lead negotiations, and coordinate closely with engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure technically sound and commercially competitive solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include market analysis, client meetings, bid preparation, tracking tender and RFP timelines, and reporting on sales performance and forecasts to senior leadership. The Solar Sales Manager will also support contract finalization, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and represent the company at industry events and client presentations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in solar or renewable energy sales, preferably in EPC or utility-scale projects (experience with large projects such as 50MW+ or 80MW is highly beneficial).
• Strong understanding of solar power plant design basics, EPC workflows, project financing concepts, and tender/RFP processes.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, key account management, and long-cycle B2B sales.
• Proficiency in proposal development, commercial bid preparation, and contract negotiation.
• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and use of CRM or similar tools.
