About the Role
The Conflicts & Intake Analyst owns the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of legal conflict checks and business-intake records for new clients, matters, and existing engagements. The role uses conflicts databases, Boolean search techniques, structured review, and stakeholder follow-up to identify related parties, clarify discrepancies, and support ethical risk decisions. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will work with attorneys and business representatives to vet incoming requests, update matter records, and prepare clear reports for review and approval. Your work will protect the firm from conflicts of interest, improve intake quality, and enable teams to pursue recent business with confidence.
