Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Semi-qualified CA and newly qualified CS professional. The role involves handling day-to-day tax and compliance work, including preparation and filing of ITR,
GST, and TDS returns, supporting tax audits, and assisting with company incorporation and related ROC compliances. The team member will draft and review legal and compliance documents, support trademark and licence applications, and help prepare project reports and CMA data for bank loans. Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, responding to queries, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely completion of assignments. The role offers exposure to a wide range of compliance and advisory matters for individuals, startups, and SMEs, with opportunities to grow into broader advisory and Virtual CFO support.
Qualifications
• Should be semi-qualified CA (completed IPCC/Intermediate) or Graduate having good experiance with CA firm and newly qualified CS in practice can work on hybried mode, or have equivalent professional progress in both disciplines.
