Job Description:

Position: Project Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Develop and program PLC systems using Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fuji and similar platforms.
- Study process descriptions, P&IDs; and control philosophies to develop control logic, interlocks, alarms and operating sequences.
- Develop and configure SCADA/HMI systems, including process screens, alarms, trends, reports and data logging.
- Integrate PLCs with field instruments, sensors, control valves, VFDs and other devices.
- Prepare and update P&IDs;, I/O lists, instrument lists, cause & effect diagrams and engineering documentation.
- Conduct PLC/SCADA testing, FAT, SAT, loop checks and system commissioning.
- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, communication and instrumentation-related issues during commissioning and post-handover.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, HVAC teams, panel builders, vendors and project partners.
- Provide technical support, client training and project progress updates.




- Support IoT-based monitoring, data acquisition and digital solutions for process/HVAC applications.

Required Skills:

- Strong PLC programming knowledge – Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fuji or similar.
- Hands-on experience in SCADA/HMI development and PLC-SCADA communication.
- Good understanding of instrumentation, control systems, VFDs and field devices.
- Ability to read/create P&IDs;, I/O lists and control system drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC or MQTT is an advantage.
- Valuable communication, troubleshooting and project coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
