1. SIT Strategy & Planning
Define and own the overall SIT strategy, scope, test approach, governance framework, and entry/exit criteria.
Develop integrated test plans covering Functional, Integration, E2E, API, Data Validation, Regression, and Negative Testing.
Lead effort estimation, resource planning, capacity management, and risk-based testing.
2. End-to-End Telecom Testing
Own SIT quality across telecom business journeys such as Lead-to-Cash, Customer Onboarding, Order Management, Provisioning, Activation, Charging, Billing, Payments, and Service Assurance.
Ensure comprehensive testing across CRM, OSS/BSS, Inventory, Self-Care Portals, Third-Party Integrations, Notifications, and Regulatory Processes.
3. Integration & Vendor Management
Serve as the central SIT lead across multiple applications, vendors, system integrators, and stakeholders.
Manage interfaces, dependencies, defect ownership, integration readiness, and cross-system issue resolution.
Maintain dependency matrices and drive vendor accountability.

Test Execution & Delivery
Manage end-to-end SIT execution across releases, workstreams, and applications.
Monitor test preparation, execution progress, pass/fail status, defects, regression, and release readiness.
Ensure adequate coverage of critical business and E2E scenarios before sign-off.
5. Defect Governance
Establish defect management processes, severity classification, SLAs, and governance standards.
Lead defect triage meetings and drive root cause analysis and timely resolution.
Track defect leakage, ageing, reopen rates, severity trends, and turnaround times.
6. Environment & Test Data Management
Ensure SIT workplace readiness, deployment coordination, API connectivity, and application availability.
Manage test data requirements for complex business journeys and integration scenarios.
Coordinate environment-related issue resolution across teams.
