Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Explain company products/services clearly and professionally. - Generate leads and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities. - Follow up with interested customers regularly. - Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information. - Maintain daily call records and update customer details in CRM/Excel. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. - Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads. - Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required. - Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements




- Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication preferred. - Confident and convincing speaking ability. - Basic knowledge of computer, Whats App, Excel, or CRM software. - Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups. - Target-oriented and self-motivated personality. - Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate / Any relevant qualification.
Experience
Fresher to 3 Years.
