- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Service Now SPM Suite
- Service Now ITBM
- Java Script and Glide scripting
- Service Now Studio
- Business Rules, UI Policies, and Integrations

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience with Demand Management, Innovation Management, Project. Portfolio Management (PPM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
- Experience implementing and configuring PPM, Demand Management, Resource. Management,



Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
- Experience customizing project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
- Understanding of AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning.
- Exposure to SAFe and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable technical architectures following Service Now best practices.
