equipment.
Monitor and improve MTTR, MTBF, and Overall Machine
Uptime.
Conduct daily mechanical downtime analysis to identify
root causes (wear, misalignment, vibration, lubrication issues)
and implement corrective & preventive actions.
Manage setup changeovers across di erent motor part
numbers reduce changeover time & setup scrap.
Preventive & Predictive
Maintenance
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for
high-speed assembly lines (conveyors, press stations, winding
machines, balancing machines, testing fixtures).
Use vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and
mechanical wear data to drive predictive maintenance
