Job Description:

- Define Business Architecture to support solution and process design for servicing processes.

- Develop and define the Target Operating Model aligned with business and client-servicing requirements.

- Translate business requirements into structured business processes, capabilities, operating models and solution requirements.

- Oversee CRM implementation from a business architecture and process perspective.

- Work closely with business, technology and implementation teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and solutions.

- Analyze existing client-servicing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.





- Define process flows and operating model components required to support effective servicing operations.

- Provide business architecture inputs to solution design and implementation teams.

- Drive stakeholder discussions and facilitate alignment across business and technology teams.

- Support implementation of the defined operating model and ensure that the solution aligns with the intended business processes.

- Leverage prior client-servicing / consulting experience to understand business needs and translate them into actionable architecture and process requirements.
