Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Auto QC: Ensure daily automated QC tasks are completed with high precision to maintain data quality and operational efficiency.

- Business QC: Deliver high-quality, requirement-based QC ensuring business expectations are consistently met.

- Vernacular Script Translation: Ensure accurate and timely translation of scripts across multiple vernacular languages to support project delivery and quality.

- Speech Analytics QC: Ensure Quality of delivery and Improve speech analytics accuracy per the business requirement.

- UAT & Flow based testing: Strengthen Testing Quality Through Robust Test Case Creation

- AI Training: Enhance BOT call performance through targeted AI training and continuous learning

Requirements

- Qualification: Computer Science or related field.

- Language Skills:



English and Bengali (Hindi knowledge would be an added advantage).

- Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

- Willingness to learn and contribute to ongoing projects.

Requirements
Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in Conversational AI, Voice AI, or Enterprise Tech. • Solid background in Demand Generation and pipeline contribution. • Exposure to Product Marketing and Brand Strategy. • Hands-on with CRM (Hub Spot/Zoho), paid campaign tools, analytics platforms. • Tech-savvy: Engineering + MBA preferred. • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams
