What You Will Do:

- Assist senior technicians through hands-on on-site support activities




- Handle incidents and service requests with guidance or following SOP’s
- Perform PC and mobile device staging (imaging, enrolment, tagging, testing)
- Support laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads and other workplace devices
- Conduct routine meeting room and AV device check
- Install software when remote installation is not feasible
- Perform basic CMDB / asset updates during deployments and replacements
- Support printer-related basic issues
- Escalate complex issues with proper documentation
- Follow defined processes and SOPs consistently
- Demonstrate willingness to learn recent tools, technologies and support models
