Sales Executive – Revenue & Customer Acquisition

Location: Bengaluru

Compensation: ₹30,000/month + quarterly performance incentives

The Role

DogNation is looking for a target-driven Sales Executive who can take ownership of leads, actively pursue opportunities and convert them into paying customers.

This is a revenue-focused sales role — not simply a calling or customer-support position. You will own your sales pipeline, work towards individual monthly revenue targets and be accountable for converting qualified opportunities into bookings and subscriptions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys chasing targets, follows up relentlessly without becoming transactional, understands how to build trust with customers and has a demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.

What You’ll Own

Sales & Revenue

Own individual monthly revenue and conversion targets, with performance measured primarily against revenue generated and successful conversions.





Take ownership of incoming leads from the point they enter the sales pipeline through qualification, follow-up and conversion.

Understand each dog parent’s requirements and recommend appropriate DogNation services based on their needs.

Actively pursue warm and cold opportunities, re-engage prospects and maintain consistent follow-up until the opportunity is converted or appropriately closed.

Handle customer questions and objections confidently and move qualified prospects towards orientations, centre visits, first bookings and subscriptions.

Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities across DogNation’s services while keeping recommendations appropriate to the customer and their dog.

Subscription Conversion

Actively introduce and sell relevant DogNation subscription plans to eligible customers and work towards defined subscription-conversion targets.
