Role Description This is a full-time, in office BDE/BDM – IT Sales role based in Noida.



The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Sparix Global’s IT and digital solutions. The BDE/BDM will conduct market research, engage prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, and coordinate product demonstrations with technical teams. The position also includes negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, achieving revenue and growth targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Collaboration with delivery and marketing teams to refine offerings and support campaigns is expected, along with regular reporting on sales performance and market trends.
