Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities for residential and commercial projects, including lead generation, customer outreach, site visits, and conversion. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru and involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, monitoring sales targets,



and implementing effective sales processes. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and project teams to develop sales strategies, coordinate launch events, and ensure a consistent brand experience. Daily responsibilities include pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients. The role also requires continuous market research to track competition, identify new business opportunities, and provide insights to leadership.
