The Incumbent will be responsible for-

Talent Acquisition Strategy-
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions across manufacturing, EV, renewable energy, engineering, corporate, and leadership functions.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Business Heads, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders.
Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Strengthen employer brand through social media, career portals, campus engagement programs, and industry networking.
Manage recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.




Build relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and talent communities.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment metrics including:
Time-to-Hire
Cost-per-Hire
Offer-to-Join Ratio
Source Effectiveness
Quality of Hire
Diversity Hiring Metrics
Prepare monthly recruitment dashboards and leadership reports.

Process Excellence & Compliance
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Drive digitization and automation of recruitment processes through HRMS, ATS, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
Maintain candidate data confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Talent Acquisition team members.
Establish performance objectives and development plans for recruiters.
Review recruitment productivity and resource allocation.
