About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business growth Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM/records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
Prepare basic reports on leads, follow-ups,



conversions, and business activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or client handling.
Interest in EdTech, AI, or technology.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation, or sales processes.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
