Quality Control In-Charge – Water Industry
Responsible for quality control of raw water, process water, and finished/drinking water.
Perform microbiological tests such as Aerobic Microbial Count, E. coli, Pseudomonas, Yeast & Mold, and other required tests.
Perform chemical and physical water-quality tests, including pH, TDS, turbidity, and other required parameters.
Prepare and handle laboratory chemical reagents according to testing requirements.
Monitor RO water-treatment processes, including sand filter, carbon filter, antiscalant dosing, RO membrane, mineral dosing, storage tanks, and backwashing.
Check raw materials and packaging materials such as preforms, caps, labels, shrink materials, and mineral materials.
Maintain QC records, test reports, production records, and other quality-related documents.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and quality requirements in the production area.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to maintain consistent water quality.
Ensure finished drinking water meets applicable quality and safety requirements.
