nAssist in coordinating and monitoring Site Branding, OOH, DOOH, Radio, Cinema, Society/Community Activations and BTL campaigns.

nKey Responsibilities

Coordinate with the vendor teams for the execution updates on site brandingn
Coordinate with agencies for execution of creative changes of campaignsn
Assist in OOH/DOOH media campaign trackingn
Coordinate for Radio, Cinema and Society/Community campaign activationsn
Prepare campaign trackers, MIS reportsn
Maintain execution photographs/execution updatesn
Prepare regular PPTs for campaign reportsn
Ensure timely follow-ups and meeting timelinesn
Monitoring all OOH media approved for each campaignn

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, MIS & dashboards.n
Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills – skilled presentations, media plans & management decks.n
Solid communication, coordination and follow-up skills.n
Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.n
Ability to monitor multiple projects and tight deadlines.n
