Key Responsibilities
Technical Consultation & Sales: Identify new sales opportunities across manufacturing and industrial sectors by understanding client processes and recommending suitable pneumatic systems, valves, and automation components.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with plant managers, maintenance heads, procurement teams, and engineering consultants.
Quotation & Technical Proposals: Prepare detailed, accurate technical quotations, compliance sheets, and commercial proposals in coordination with internal engineering and sourcing teams.
Business Development: Conduct regular industrial site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to expand our market reach across Gujarat.
Order Execution & Follow-up: Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, and accounts to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely delivery, and payment collections.
Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, industrial trends,



and upcoming projects in the region to identify current revenue streams.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in technical sales, B2B industrial marketing, or application engineering (experience dealing in pneumatics, valves, or factory automation is a strong plus).
Skills:
Robust technical comprehension of mechanical/pneumatic drawings and product specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Gujarati are essential).
Positive negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP tools.
Travel: Willingness to travel locally within Vadodara and surrounding industrial clusters for client meetings and plant visits.
