Job Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Counsel customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up with leads through calls and convert them into potential customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Communicate professionally with customers in Hindi and English.
Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
Eligibility
Education: Graduate preferred; Undergraduates with 12th pass and result in hand can also apply.
Experience: 6 months to 8 years in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or similar roles.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Prior experience in Outbound Tele Calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
