The role involves managing leads, monitoring team performance, guiding counsellors, handling key student/parent interactions, and improving the overall sales conversion funnel. The candidate should have solid leadership, communication, sales, negotiation, and team-management skills, preferably with experience in education or B2C sales.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
