Job Summary

TWI is looking for a motivated Renewable Energy Engineer to support the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of renewable energy systems, basic engineering principles, and the ability to work with technical data and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, planning, and execution of renewable energy projects, particularly solar energy systems.
Conduct basic site assessments, energy calculations, and feasibility studies.
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Assist with the selection and evaluation of renewable energy equipment and components.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Analyze energy generation and system performance data and identify potential improvements.
Ensure projects follow applicable safety, quality, technical, and environmental standards.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution.
Maintain project records and prepare regular progress and performance reports.
Stay updated on renewable energy technologies, industry practices, and relevant regulations.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, solar projects, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
Knowledge of solar PV systems, renewable energy technologies, and basic electrical concepts.
Familiarity with MS Excel and technical documentation.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/PVsyst or similar engineering software will be an advantage.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with project teams.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
