Job Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
Manage billing and basic store operations as required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Support the team in achieving overall store sales and business goals.
Maintain stock and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements




Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior sales/retail experience will be preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and confident personality.
Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Candidates must be willing to work from the Mohali location.
