We are looking for a agile and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Develop job descriptions and post openings on job portals
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
Manage onboarding and induction processes
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Oversee employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts




Develop employee engagement initiatives
Promote positive workplace culture
Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews
Identify training and development needs
Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with labor laws (Delhi Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
