Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Eligibility: Freshers can apply | 12th Pass / Graduate

Role & Responsibilities
Make cold calls to recent companies and HR departments.
Generate leads and new placement/recruitment requirements.
Identify companies’ manpower and hiring needs.
Introduce and explain our Recruitment & Placement Services.
Build relationships with new corporate clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain daily calling and lead-generation records.

Technical & Skilled Skills
Social Media Handling – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Canva – Basic designing and promotional content.
MS Word & PowerPoint – Document and presentation preparation.
Communication Skills – Good verbal and written communication.
Content Writing – Basic ability to create qualified posts, messages and promotional content.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & Internet.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
