We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Staff to join our team for the upcoming Papparoti outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude
Take customer orders accurately
Serve food and beverages efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team
Assist customers with menu-related queries
Maintain skilled grooming and service standards
Handle customer requests courteously
Support opening & closing activities

Candidate Profile
0–2 years’ experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant / Bakery / F&B; preferred
Freshers with the right attitude may also apply




Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, polite and customer-focused
Well groomed and presentable
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Flexible to work weekends & holidays when required
