About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to manage and oversee day-to-day construction site operations. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Quality check & maintain at site.
Taking quantity for requirement at site.
Sub-Contractor Billing
Technical co-ordination with concern persons.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Daily Labour Reports (DLR)



to the Project Manager.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings and site management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience

Requirements
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
Candidates currently residing in Thiruvananthapuram are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
