About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with job posting and recruitment-related activities.
Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.

Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree / MBA HR / HR-related background preferred.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
