Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales / New Business Development Executive to generate recent business opportunities through outbound calls, identify potential customers, and convert leads into sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently engage with prospective customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate current business opportunities.
Identify customer requirements and understand their needs.
Explain products/services clearly and communicate their key benefits.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.




Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and business development team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, lead status, and pipeline.
Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and revenue targets.

Required Skills

Ability to handle sales objections effectively.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic computer and MS Office/CRM knowledge.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Fluency in English and Hindi.

Qualification
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
