Role & responsibilities
Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related accessories at client locations.
Install and commission of DMS (Driver Monitoring Systems) in vehicles.
Install and configure GPS tracking devices and ensure proper connectivity and live tracking functionality.
Install and commission of other related products in vehicles.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for installed systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network-related issues onsite.
Conduct testing and quality checks after installation to ensure proper functioning.
Provide basic training and demonstrations to customers/end users.
Prepare installation reports, service reports, and update job status in company systems.
Coordinate with the support team for escalations and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company SOPs during field work.
Maintain tools, inventory, and installation materials assigned.
