YOUR TASKS

Key Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Robust knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, and VDA 6.3. Knowledge of Quality Systems, IATF 16949:2015 , GD&T.;
• Manufacturing process Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Injection molding process & Tooling’s [DFM, Mold flow ,Tool design know-how], High-pressure Die-casting, Stamping, Wiring-harnesses, Basic knowledge of other manufacturing processes.
• Industry Experience:



Preferred background in automotive, or high-precision manufacturing industries.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Hands-on experience in root cause analysis, defect prevention, and supplier process audits.
• Good Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, to drive quality improvements.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to supplier locations for audits, quality reviews, and corrective action implementations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing recent Product as per specific requirement through APQP process with suppliers.
• Participate in APQP process for new product development and acted as supplier quality representative, initial design review, supplier process validation and final PPAP approval
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design reviews, feasibility studies & Supplier Selection
• Responsible for Inspection (Layout inspection/ functionally test)
