Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist recruiters with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment database.
• Draft and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.




• Support HR team with onboarding documentation and other HR-related activities as required.

Eligibility:
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Robust interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
