Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, welcoming guests, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome, seat, and assist guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Maintain restaurant setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Ensure proper table setting and replenishment of service stations.
• Handle guest queries and coordinate with managers for guest satisfaction.
• Follow SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Assist in opening, shift, and closing duties.
• Support team members and participate in training sessions.

Skills Required:
• Positive communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
• Basic English communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:
• Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant floor operations
